The mixing pot of the mixer is composed of three layers, and the innermost pot is made of stainless steel 304 with a thickness of 6mm. The middle jacket layer is for installing electric heating or water cooling layer. The outermost layer is also stainless steel SS304.
The stirring blade is also forged from stainless steel.

In the actual production of the mixing unit, the materials are added to the SHR high-speed mixer through the feeding equipment according to the mixing process requirements for high-speed mixing and heating.
